Real quick, short question. Are their any copyright or other issues
involved
in uploading photos or other images from the Find-a-Grave site?

I believe that the copyright is still with the uploader to that website. It says the website doesn't assume copyright, but I don't think that means that the images are automatically in the public domain (see http://www.findagrave.com/disclaimer.html) --Mets501
