Well... Anyone can sign with "arbitrator"... Any, by the way, this is the single entry in this blog. I doubt that an arbitrator would register a blog called "enwiki" just to post one entry about a current RFAr... Probably rather a statement of an involved party or a "concerned individual"... But I stand corrected.
