Because of the sensitive nature of some of the things discussed on the list, and because of past problems with trolling, the archives are not publicly viewable and you need to be invited to join the list.
True. And volunteers, admins or those with an ability to explain patiently and without malice why people have been blocked for crass stupidity, are welcome to apply. Email the list (posting is allowed to all, just not subscribing).
