It has been made clear in the course of this thread that the ArbCom etc. are presently in contact with Jayjg about the issues which have been raised.
Since we vote on the ArbCom to handle stuff like this for us, I think any further talk on this while their discussions are ongoing is not going to go anywhere except a downward spiral towards moderation.
