This IP is being used almost exclusively by a single editor who is currently blocked indefinitely. There are no other recent edits from this IP except by this editor and anonymous edits matching the blocked editor's style. It seems likely that the person complaining to Mr. Spade is likely the editor who has been blocked, quite legitimately by the looks of it.
