Do you have concrete ideas for improving the system?
For instance, revamping the deletion log to include links directly into the undelete system would be a big help; the generic list of all deleted pages isn't really easy to look through, as it doesn't keep track of how long ago deletions were performed and (so far) the rubbish bin has never been emptied.
