My original idea was to redirect every involved username
In my case three usernames were involved none using the past username
I switched 3 usernames Coolcat -> Cool Cat -> White Cat Seteriotek -> Karl Meier Davenbelle -> Moby Dick -> Note to Cool Cat -> Diyarbakir -> Jack Merridew Fadix -> (couple of usernames - all blocked sockpuppets)
I was proposing several redirects for every username. There won't be another Davenbelle case so the space /Davenbelle will not be used.
If there is another Davenbelle case (I don't see how since the owner declared it list) it can be Davenbelle_2.
Aside from that I currently do not have a proposal and am open to suggestions but above was my original suggestion.

Right but it i important to keep it short and intelligible (so that i can recall). But like I said the problem is arbcoms behaviour. This issue merely demonstrates it.>>
Right. I think you were correct to bring out that there is no speedy rationale, for deleting subpages merely because some Arb "wishes" to keep the space clear.
Do you have a proposal for what to call the redir?
Will
