Trying to access en.wikipedia from the UK fails. Other wikipedias are OK.

Error message (extremely helpful):
* Access Denied.
Access control configuration prevents your request from being allowed at this time. Please contact your service provider if you feel this is incorrect.
I've got other reports of no problems accessing the site from the UK.
OK, at least it's not the IWF again ;-)
There are three reasons you might get a 403 from our squids:
- "&" in your URL (tends to produce infinite link loops that broken
spiders follow)
Doesn't appear to apply.
Nope. http://en.wikipedia.org/ doesn't work as well.
- Missing or blacklisted User-Agent header
Could be something custom in your browser or proxy configuration.
Didn't change anything since it worked a minute before...
- You're connecting from an IP address that's been blacklisted due to
abusive spidering
I'm on cable modem so I'm likely to keep my IP, right? Also, would that blacklist only apply to en.wikipedia, or all sites? Because the rest works just fine. Even https://secure.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/en/wiki/Main_Page works!
Hitting reload on the error message, I get lots of different servers knsqXX.knams.wikimedia.org (XX being a number) so it seems to be something systemic and not just a bad cache.
I'll just use the secure site for now ;-)
