That bot (not mine) was trying to insert categories based on various lists. The author mailed me in private (even before tarquin sent his first mail to the list). The intention is that once we get categories enabeled, there's already something in place. I'll bcc the author to let it go more slowly.

Do you know anything else about how it chooses categories? Is there some reason you can't disclose its author? LDan
