User Friendly is a very popular webcomic among geeks, with a generally "open source" [pick your favourite not-quite-synonym] leaning. For instance, Illiad (the author) takes any opportunity going to satirically attack companies like SCO, Microsoft, and SonyBMG (over their recent DRM troubles).
