There are no secrets about how and what is done; only privacy concerns for individuals who necessarily have to identify themselves to us for us to do our job.

I was glad to learn such a List exists. I simply wanted to contribute another objective voice to the mix. I still have a lot to learn about the technical & administrative aspects of WP, but I am pretty good at helping a person sort out the emotional ones - been doing it for a while ;-).
