Again, why not use simple.wikipedia? Does it share the same database with other small wikis? Why not sandbox it on a test wiki : duplicate the simple DB on a separate server and redirect the nameservers to that while the experiment is going on. Halt editing on simple for a while, and advertise on en.wiki the need for help editing simple.
I wasnt exactly impressed with what I saw of it on the test.leuksman wiki, but then Im not yet clear how that data will be handled, etc. Will catch up now.
