I tend to be of the opinion that the AC should be bothered when there's a controversial situation, or when a long-term ban is in order. I think that, based on that post and WHEELER's past history, a 24 hour vacation would be fine without an AC ruling. If the problem continues, then we can burden the poor AC.

Surely this is Arbitration Committee material? They take a while (gosh darn these unpaid volunteers in a job that sucks by definition!), but the results have been sensible so far IMO.
