I have installed the wikipedia3 software at:

It is not quite ready for public access, but you can view progress there and work on it should you so desire. The wikidata base dump was not installed. Certain policies have been changed from wikipedia and there are some bugs. Please report bugs on my talk page or by email to me at fredbaud@ctelco.net. Policy changes include: internet-encyclopedia is written in American English; on controversial issues do not try for a neutral point of view, but rather write separate articles sympathetic to each point of view (don't try to write on a viewpoint you are not sympathetic to). Another feature will be signed articles. More will be explained in the internet-enclyclopedia FAQ as it develops.
