All I did was enter that in my Google box that's in my Browser address bar. I don't know if you'd get a different result if you actually *went* to www.google.com and used the search box in the middle of that page or not.
I forget what that thing is called that appears as a search box right in my address bar, but it claims it's google !

Why does Google add that funny bit at the front of this long URL, and that really odd bit at the end? What does it all mean Virginia? Anyone?
What exactly did you google and where was that URL? It's a google URL pointing to the schools wikipedia URL, probably so they can monitor who clicks on external links, or something. The last bit is probably a session ID, it's like using cookies but puts the info on the end of the URL instead of in a separate file.
