Many of the policies have grown to the point of being able to tell if they are article or site policies. Look for the key term "article" or "page" in the policy. Most policies are either article policies or user-conduct policies.

Most people have already caught this. I think the only ones that extend right across Wikipedia are the writing about living people policy, [[WP:BLP]], and the fair use policy, [[WP:FUC]].
