Just to update everyone, I'm home now and absolutely nothing happened to my house -- I, and the entire Tampa Bay area, got very lucky this time.
I will be back to normal tomorrow; today I am going to a birthday party for one of my daughter's friends, and then also cleaning up the house. The storm didn't mess up the house, but we did in our rush to try to move everything valuable upstairs. (We don't have any particularly valuable possessions, just ordinary stuff, but like anyone, we have a lot of stuff of sentimental value.)
