But, again, the suggestion isn't bad. Admins who create problems must be punished. It just needs to be discussed how the system can encourage admins to use their powers for the common good.
Perhaps negative points could be applied to admins who don't help with administrivia and those who use their power in an evil or stupid manner. Positive points should be given to those who provide exceptional service to the community.
Speaking as a (new) administrator: these suggestions are quite silly. Being an admin is a thankless task, and there are already quite harsh sanctions for admins who act up. I think people need to get some perspective and realise that bad admins have been weeded out already, or will be soon. The existing structures are in place, and they are sufficient.
