Anyone can revert pages. Just go to the edit history, click on an older version, and then press edit.
If you read the above, you will see that I am very much aware of that.
You should be editing from an earlier version. Don't change anything, just press save.
The software does not prevent people from editing from an earlier version. Nor should it. Besides, that doesn't have anything to do with this.
