Could *somebody* program the mailing list software used by this list to reject messages that quote back the list footers, as done *four* times in a row above? That might put a stop to the silly, lazy habit of top-posting with fullquote which some participants are doing.

I never have understood what to do when someone else top-posts. Does one of those urls explain how to handle that situation?
