Well, if you define "deal with people" as "has anyone elsetaken their unhappiness as far as has Daniel Brandt?", the answer is "No". But I don't think that would be a useful definition.
Note that Daniel Brandt keeps putting himself into the media for things he does, making himself as notable as he can, and so would not in fact fall under any such rule.
