This has now come around to a much shorter version of Wikipedia:Responding to threats of harm (the former WP:SUICIDE essay, now evolved).
Any reason not to just merge and redirect?
I know why Bstone started that, but it seems to have (as with the prior two suicidal user policy attempts that preceded my essay) gone into a can't-make-wider-consensus tailspin.
