Yes, one could at least hope that such ample practice would make for more perfection. I can only hope to someday become as practiced with using the block button as you are.
One could say its the job of the officer to do their homework. Check a link or two, etc. I know its a lot of trouble. Besides I dont use email, and why would I when theres wiki? Wiki is a great idea, and a preferable means for open communication. (Though it only works when people are reasonable enough to not block you from it. But that's a problem with 3RR blocking in the first place, and not with your quasi-proper application of the rules.)
I cheacked quite a few links quite a lot of times. Why do you think 3RRs are so time comsumeing. Remeber when you unblocked yourself you did not try and comunicate. I also did not reblock you (I learned from the previous case that that was a waste of time).
Why not just be direct and state that there was 24 hours difference between the blocks? That way you let people decide for themselves if that material difference was had some substantial effect on your claim of equitablity. "Brought to light" is a clever convolution, young man, but its not encyclopedic. Nice try though.

Of course any halfway competant edit warrior would point out it is an advantage to have your oponent blocked as late as posible.
