Obviously, I'm not in a position to judge the merits of the BDD claim, so the only thing I have to go on is the behavior. I don't think that iamandrewrice's behavior warrants re-inclusion into the community at this time.

The behaviour that Iamandrewrice has exhibited is not the kind of "weird behaviour" that is commonly associated with body dysmorphic disorder, which incidentally is not all that rare and is about as treatable as anorexia nervosa and bulimia. That doesn't mean I doubt s/he has BDD, just that the behavioural issues are atypical to that disorder.
There is no reason to believe that the behaviour has been discontinued, either. Iamandrewrice has been disruptive in two wikimedia projects now, and I really don't think there is the community patience in either one of those projects to take a leap of faith with this editor.
