There have been many methods devised for sending an encryption key from Alice to Bob without Eve being able to eavesdrop on it. This isn't the problem that AACS is trying to solve, though. AACS is trying to send an encryption key from Alice to Bob without _Bob_ being able to eavesdrop on it. This is a significantly more difficult problem, to say the least, and I suspect it may well prove impossible to solve in the long term.
