I'm on cable modem so I'm likely to keep my IP, right? Also, would that blacklist only apply to en.wikipedia, or all sites? Because the rest works just fine. Even https://secure.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/en/wiki/Main_Page works!
Hitting reload on the error message, I get lots of different servers knsqXX.knams.wikimedia.org (XX being a number) so it seems to be something systemic and not just a bad cache.
Rejections at the squid level should do the same for all our sites identically... Can you test with other browsers on the same machine, check for funky cookies, etc?
Too late, it's back to normal :-)
Disconnected cabel modem and router for a while - maybe new IP now.
