Yes, I'm in full screen. I'm using Internet Explorer, 5.1. This just happened overnight! I've been working in Wikipedia for over a year now.
On a Mac, right? Do you have Firefox, Safari or Camino installed? Does it do the same in any of those?
No. I have none of these that I know of. No matter how I try to access WP, whether from Google or any other source, the Globe & Site Table of Contents stays superimposed over everything.

The WP Globe and contents selections are superimposed over the page, and I don't have access to the log-in or other such buttons. I tried to access WP via a Google search, and got the same thing.")
