When he was reverted, he had a friend revert the change and then proceeded to contact the user who reverted his vandalism by stating that the IP he had blocked was persona non grata at Wikipedia.org
Your first edit appears to be saying you are blocking Golbez. Could you provide links to where Golbez vandalised the content of the Village Pump, and provide the block log for the IP in question, so those of us who were not involved have some context.
