OK, the missing 77 pages are up, one link per line. Every 100 links these's a section heading so we can use section editing, which seems to come in handy with such long lists.

I think it would make more sense if people would indeed leave notes saying something like "Not encyclopedic" or "Invalid title" or anything else that explains why a certain topic won't be covered in Wikipedia.
For some of us, one link per line also makes it much easier to search for and edit or remove a single topic.
