Dan, could you please list the *exact* message you're given? It should say who banned that IP address and the reason given. Since there's been quite a spate of Michael/Weezer banning lately, the information you've given so far isn't enough to tell which IP address you seem to have caught your tail on.
I unblocked what looked like the IP address in question last night as soon as I saw Danny's email. Unfortunately, between me unblocking it and writing to the list to say I'd unblocked it, my internet connection fell over and refused to get up for the rest of the night. The list might receive the email I wrote at that time some day, eventually, maybe - probably best to ignore it.
