I'm not sure about that one. The purpose of the preview button is to preview, not a step toward saving.
I don't think bots will like it.
I don't think trolls will be put off by it. For example, slashdot has that 15 (or is it 20) seconds posting rule, yet it is a real cave.
Not all anon login people are new or inexperienced users.
Trolls live in caves, remember, and hate sunlight. Don't give them any place to hide and shine the light everywhere.
