Instead I will mention that a translation of an old version of the english IAR was already (and still is) written right into the main rules page.
Yeah judging from the discussion this page appeared out of nowhere and looks alarming. If it's not part of your established tradition, then there's no point in having it.
And besides, there's no point telling French people to "ignore all rules" - they do that by default anyway. <g,d,r>
