Good grief. Just out of curiousity I took a look at this one. He's been reverting out perfectly reasonable edits and calling them vandalism.

I think he's more reasonable that you might think at first sight. For instance he reverted someone's change today on "Kurdistan" but later reverted his own edit in favor of the version he had reverted "untill issue is resolved, see talk." http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Kurdistan&curid=80777&acti... This looks to me like a newbie still findng his feet; he probably has the makings of a good editor, so let's not frighten him off.
