172 has been very rude to Zoe and avidly pursues a point of view. Has asserted "ownership" of many pages and replaced so many edits that no one could keep up with him. Zoe tried until she was driven off in frustration. Valuable, yes, I agree, but handle with care. Still could be more trouble than it's worth.
