Some of the above might be usable under "fair use", but I think we should be very cautious about fair use.
"fair use" does not match your policy of "maximal useability". There is no "fair use" in large parts of the world, and even in the US certain uses completely OK with the GFDL would not allow the use of fair use images bundled with Wikipedia.
secretlondon's images have the same status fair use images have: - OK to use by the wikipedia. - everyone else has to check whether he may use them or not.
I can't see why fair use should be OK but secretlondon's photos are said to be evil. In contrast to thousands of images, these photos at least cite their sources, many others don't.
I'm asking for: * deletion of all "fair use" images * deletion of all copyrighted images * deletion of all images with unknown sources
