But, again, the suggestion isn't bad. Admins who create problems must be punished. It just needs to be discussed how the system can encourage admins to use their powers for the common good.
I disagree. I'm sorry to sound harsh, but this is a terrible idea. People need to be encouraged to do quality control, not have an axe placed over their heads for doing it.
We have existing checks and balances. They're rarely needed. Something like this would be a nice way of quickly making Wikipedia crash and burn.
