The proposed policy is at Wikipedia:Terms of use. By using the site you would lose your right to seek redress through the courts. Arbitration proceedings are reviewable by the courts but that review is rather limited. Unless the procedure was grossly unfair you will not get far.

If we have a policy it is that disputes must be settled by arbitration.

I find it hard to believe that the act of editing Wikipedia could possibly cause someone to lose his right to seek redress through the courts.
