There Ed goes again. No, I don't think that. I think it depends on having editors who can actually write NPOV articles, in a NPOV style, within the WP NPOV policy. And always has done. _Not_ posting one-sided material, expecting others to 'balance' it, and appealing to tolerance as a value.
