Hi,
I just want to gather some opinions on this. Please don't be afraid of telling me that you strongly disagree, but also don't hesitate to voice support of this idea ;-)
Basically, I thought that messages like "This is listed on VfD" or "The neutrality of this article is disputed" or "This is a stub", etc. -- i.e. messages that are really supposed to be temporary -- could really be a little bit more visually apparent. Especially with stubs, as the message is supposed to encourage their expansion :)
So I was bold and made a little change to [[MediaWiki:Vfd]] (this edit is actually by Eloquence, thanks for the improvement to the colours):

It is quite obvious that before we had the {{msg:}} feature, it was necessary to have just a short text that we could copy & paste, but now that we have {{msg:}}, something like this is really quite easy to do. I can understand that some people have gotten used to the old looks of it, but maybe some of you will be able to look past that for a second ;-)
So, uhm, please let me know what you think!
