All presidents are clearly notable. We have billions of people in this country, and the list of presidents could fit on a single sheet of paper, in a font size that's legible.
I don't think schools should all get articles. Certainly they are notable, but there are going to be a lot that would be perma stubs. If you can't expand an article on the school past a stub, it should be merged into the article about the place the school is from.
I really don't buy into this non notable thing. If it's encyclopedic, and the information can either be put into an article, or be written into a nice article on its own, it should be in Wikipedia. So, this means anything obviously not notable wouldn't get in. For example, a 15 year old girl who likes to play DDR and goes to XXXX school, would not be found in XXXX school article. Now, if she won the last 5 DDR championships at Happyland Whatever School, and this was the highest championship winning streak ever at this school, then she could be useful information in the article.
And yes, I just said DDR championship. heh.
