If the article was in fact mentioned in the news, it should be referred to in the article as "the English Wikipedia article about Noel Devine" or something like that, and not "this article". Mirror sites, reusable content, etc. Obviously I can't confirm or deny that it was mentioned, but at least two IP's made the same claim in a short period of time, so I don't doubt it.
I happened to look at the page because I was watching the said broadcast (the commentator said something along the lines of "he even has his own Wikipedia page") and thought I'd pop along to see what was there. I just happened to catch that revision...
