LinuxTag will take place on June 24th to 27th. As I have informed you earlier on this list we have successfully applied for a booth there.
Now we have to plan our attendance there.

Put yourself on the list, indicating when you plan to be there. I will have to order exhibitor tickets in advance for you and organise accommodation.
Please also state if you agree with sharing a room or if you want to have a single room. I will try to book at Sunflower Hostel which is quite nice and cheap (near S Wahrschauer Strasse / Ostbahnhof). But we will have to book asap as the rooms might already be occupied (remember: A lot of young people are getting to Berlin during LinuxTag, looking for cheap accommodation).
If you want to bring something for the booth (notebook, something to show...) please list it in the Material List and help us defining contents we want to see on our posters and Flyers.
Also give your vote if we should get T-Shirts or not.

Hi all,
our LinuxTag booth will be in hall 7.2a, booth 113a. This is directly at the entrance (on the left side).
== Accommodation & Getting there == Tommi, Emmanuel, Annette and me will all stay at the "Hotel am Lehniner Platz" at Berlin Charlottenburg. It can be reached via S-Bahn (S Charlottenburg) or the U7 (U Adenauerplatz). To the Berlin fairground it i just a few stops (U7 direction Spandau, change at U Turmstrasse to U2 direction Ruhleben, get off at U Kaiserdamm).
== Tuesday == We all will arrive at Tuesday, 23rd. Maybe you could provide your time of arrival.
The first one arriving at LinuxTag on Tuesday has to pick up the exhibitor passes at the office for all booth members. I have registered all four persons named above.
== Wednesday == The fair will be from 10:00 to 18:00.
In the evening I have registered our four booth members for the GUUG party at the restaurant "Alte Pumpe" in Tiergarten (U2 direction Pankow, get off at U Nollendorfplatz).
== Thursday == At Thursday evening we will have the Social Event at 19:00, taking place at the restaurant "E4" at the Potsdamer Platz (U2 direction Pankow, get off at U Potsdamer Platz)
I have applied for four sponsored tickets which are 20 EUR / person. I hope we get those, otherwise we will have to pay more.
== Saturday == Last day of the exhibition, Emmanuel will leave us during the day.
At Saturday "Projects Fast Forward" takes place which is something like a lightening talks session: Every project has two minutes and two slides (to be handed in on USB stick before) to present itself.
If you are interested please bring the slides to Jacqueline Rahemipour the OpenOffice booth.
== DVD == The DVD has been ordered yesterday and should be ready by Tuesday next week. We can pick it up at Kaiserdamm or maybe a friend of mine working there will bring it over.
