Hi all,
first of all I'd like to wish all of you a great start into the next year. Still it is 2010, but...
...as we have discussed at the developers meeting in Strasbourg: We are going to meet in 2011 in Haifa, and as openZIM wants to invite all of you to go there we are looking forward to quick registrations. Remember: The earlier you register, the lower the price is. It will be paid by openZIM, but our budget is limited!
So this message is important for you:

Hi Manuel,
what are your recommendation about: * the dates? * the flight? * the accommodation?
It seems that we have to be there from the 01/08 to the 07/08, if we want to take part to the hacking days. Do we have also to reserve a place in a dormitory?
Cheers Emmanuel

Hi Emmanuel and all others,
the booking of accommodation is included in the registration process. Both the Wikimania registration fee (which includes breakfast and lunch, coffee breaks, parties etc.) as well as the accommodation costs have an early bird discount. So it is very important that all of us book as early as possible.
Please register to Wikimania and book your flights accordings your needs. The Developers Meeting will take place on August 2nd and 3rd. As I will attend Wikimania also, I have booked until the 8th.
My flights are not booked yet, as I am also helping at the conference, so I don't know yet when I will have to arrive in advance.
I can recommend direct flights with Swiss from Zürich. El Al, Sun d'or and Israir fly from Frankfurt. Then there are flights from Vienna via eastern european countries which are very cheap.
You might want to use that webpage to find a cheap flight from your nearest airport (multilingual): http://www.skyscanner.com/
