Hi there. I belong to the group that has been working on the future Wikimedia Portugal chapter.
We recently came to know about the WMF grants [1], and citing that page:
"If your chapter is still in development, you can still apply for funds (especially when they are relevant to getting your chapter off the ground), and we will request input from the chapters committee to help us assess whether your chapter is ready to absorb them."
Unfortunately, we only found about this earlier this week, so we'll have to request some urgency in this issue, since the deadline is only 2 days away.
We have just finished the translation of the bylaws to English [2] and thus we want to know if it is possible for us to have the ChapCom's assessment and apply for the grant before April 21.
Thanks in advance, Waldir Pimenta, from the WMP working group
