Hi, Sorry it took a while. I translated automatically the text to portuguese here https://docs.google.com/document/d/1v3QAWVnWgUbDpWI2nW7caaKzSd4VC8tFLK4muR_O5YU/edit?usp=sharing. The portions in red are not reviewed, but the rest has been checked by me. It would be useful if somebody else checked it if I didn't miss anything, and maybe continue the work. I will try to find some time later to do it myself as well. Cheers, Gonçalo

Hi Wikimedia Portugal!
We have been in touch earlier, but I have a very concrete request for you.
The EU will reform its copyright regime and currently all the Member States' government are discussing their national position on this.
We as Wikimedia have a lot to win or lose in this. This is why we wrote a position paper https://docs.google.com/document/d/1EYks-1Bp0TprFOsYwnoIbHFtpF_4yjd8EQjJthFfnng/edit?usp=sharing that we send to all the national governments. So far, 17 chapters and user-groups have translated it and send it to their government.
It would be very important and highly appreciated if someone from Portugal could find the time to translate/localise it and send it in. If it seems to long, just take points 1 and 2 and send these in.
The contacts to send it to are: Fernanda Heitor Directora Geral do GEPAC – Gabinete de Estratégia, Planeamento e Avaliação Culturais Fernanda.heitor@gepac.gov.pt, geral@gepac.gov.pt
Can I count on you?
Thanks,
Dimi
