Just one thing, when you quote, please quote right ;-) I was the one suggesting you should try and do both the WIkipedia academy and the chapters meeting not Andrew.
De facto, deveríamos analisar esta possibilidade. Precisamos, sobretudo, contextualizarmos e ver como os outros chapters fazem as coisas. Falo por mim, pelo menos. Vou enviar outro e-mail com o convite para a Chapters Meeting (16.-18. April 2010) para lançar o assunto para discussão.
Things are not definite yet, but last year, chapters who had money helped chapter representatives from chapters who did not have any to make it to Berlin, I suppose this year would be the same. As soon as things are clearer, you probably should A) try to find who would be the best person to go B) See what funds you can allocate to the trip C) Ask other chapters for help to send someone.
