Cool, works for me. Hopefully we'll be able to sort out all the details like what Neal's brought up already, depending on when works for them. Also, just a heads up, the mailing list is currently set up to auto-discard email from non-subscribers (due to a bit of a spam problem we were having), so your reply didn't go through (but it's included with this anyway), but we're looking into maybe changing that. In the meantime, if you want anything specifically sent, please just let me know and I'll forward it along. Hello all! First off, as some of you may have seen, I will be doing some part-time work with WMF on strategy coordination. We're all active on the projects here and probably have some ideas that may bear bringing up. If you have any, I'd very much appreciate hearing them. Unrelated, but also relevant to WMCO, we live in a pretty massive state. :) Given that, I've discussed the possibility of getting small grants for expenses like mileage and meals on the road to photograph things like smaller towns, abandoned mines, ghost towns, etc., for articles on Colorado towns and landmarks where free photos currently aren't available yet. It seems that's an idea they're interested in moving forward with. If anyone would have interest in that, let me know as well. Todd

I attended the Pan American Wikimedian meet (online) last night. One of the things discussed was that there will be more scholarships available this year for Wikimania than has been in the years past. Wikimania will be in Montreal this year. I have not been to a Wikimania but I hear they are a great gathering of wikimedians. If anyone is interested, they should apply for a scholarship. One of the things I had in mind was to see what, if any, topics/areas you all would like for me to explore in the Berlin Conference. We can also talk about specific activities we've been kicking around in our minds (but were not sure about support/participation) as well as representation at other events like Wikimania 2017 and beyond. Hello Colorado Wikimedians, I just heard from Maria Cruz over at Wikimedia that they could not find me a spot on the Learning Days pre-conference in Berlin. While I'm slightly disappointed with that, I'll try and catch up on the proceedings of it from the participants if/when I make it out to Berlin for the main conference.
