Hello Arabic Wikipedians,

Content Translation [1] is not working properly on Arabic Wikipedia. The gadget "تحسينات المظهر" appears to be the issue. You can find the gadget by going to user preferences ("تفضيلات") under "الإضافات" and then under "تصفح").

What does the gadget do? It seems to be enabled by default for all users? When you disable the gadget, Content Translation works perfectly. Content Translation is up and running in other RTL languages like Hebrew and Persian, and it would be great to have it working properly in Arabic too!
