I want an as small as possible travel_time/work_time ratio. I was two times in Val-de-Reuil with the train, I know what it cost in time and energy to got there for me: 2/3 of a day per travel. I think anywhere in Alsace or in the West of Germany should be more handful for the majority of the attendees.

I think we should try to find a place near the Center of mass of all attendees places. Finding a Hotel and a room with Internet (that's is all what we need IMO) for a reasonable price should not be a big problem, I can organize that.

So, this is really important to know who will attend!
