Thanks Quim,
The video of the whole Open tech talk is available at
http://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:Wikimedia_Open_Tech_Chat_2012-12-13.…
I linked the YouTube version since it allows linking a specific part of the
video (45min:28s in this case).
Slides are also available at Commons:
http://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:Multilingual_design_and_testing.pdf
I added the above links to the Translate UX design project page at
MediaWiki:
http://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Translation_UX
As you commented there is a lack of a landing page for the Design efforts
and much of the information is spread in the different projects. Some
conversations have been initiated about that but there is no agreement yet
about a solution that fulfills our different needs.

But this email will be forgotten if we don't process this data properly.
Can you please do the last mile and
* Upload the video to Commons. I don't know the workflow used by the WMF
for this but it has done before. Let me know if I can help.
* Upload the PDF to
mediawiki.org in order to get one of those useful
resurces wiki pages + PDF download.
* Link these resources from at least one page e.g.
https://www.mediawiki.org/**wiki/WMF_Project_Design_**Review_Process<htt…
Once this is done we will share the news through our social media:

Thank you!
PS: Let me also note that there doesn't seem to be a clear landing page
for [[Design]].
https://www.mediawiki.org/**wiki/Wikimedia_Foundation_**
Design <https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Wikimedia_Foundation_Design> seems
to be it, but you really need to want to find and understand that this is
it. For instance, WMF_Project_Design_Review_**Process doesn't link to it.
PS2: Have you considered MediaWiki Group Design?
